We welcome you to the Apadana Booking Hotel website (the "website"), which is owned and operated by Apadana Booking Services Inc. (Apadana Booking Hotel). For the purposes of these terms & conditions, the term "you", “customer” "passenger" and "cardholder" refer to each person who purchases or receives travel services arranged through Apadana Booking Hotel.
Please note there is a section below entitled “Customer’s Responsibility” which we strongly recommend you read thoroughly to ensure you are aware of certain terms and conditions about travel documents that will ensure your trip goes smoothly.
Payment for online bookings is required in full at the time of purchase. Online purchases can be made using Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards. In some cases American Express may not be available as a payment option. All purchases are 100% non-refundable. Third party credit cards and foreign credit cards will not be accepted. If you wish to book, Apadana Booking Hotel accepts e-transfers, fund transfers and direct deposits (cash only).
The credit card holder and/or payer (if payment is in cash tender) on the booking is the person with whom Apadana Booking Hotel has the contract/ agreement to provide travel services to and it this person with whom Apadana Booking Hotel is liable to. All fraudulent purchases will be investigated and prosecuted. By providing Apadana Booking Hotel with authorization to use your credit card to pay for travel services, you are confirming that you will pay the total amount charged according to your cardholder agreement. In addition, you agree not to chargeback your payment for the travel services you receive.
Please note, the billing address provided as part of the transaction must be the one associated with the credit card. If we are unable to validate the billing address, your booking will be cancelled with or without prior notice.
The amount displayed for an Authorized Transaction may be different from what you actually paid, as some merchants require a temporary hold to be placed on additional funds. This is a common practice for many other merchants such as: gas stations, restaurants, and hotels. The correct amount will display when the transaction is shown as a ”Posted Transaction”.
A delay may occur between the time a transaction is settled and removed from “Authorized Transactions”, and when it appears in “Posted Transactions”. Some transactions may appear as both an Authorized and a Posted Transaction until settled.
When applying a Visa debit or bank debit card for payment, in the event of a cancellation, your funds may be held up to 60 days by your financial institution. We strongly recommend an alternative form of payment, such as any major credit card, to avoid any such delay and inconvenience.
Please be advised that space may be limited and prices are subject to changes on pending reservations. Vacancy, accommodations and ticket prices will only be reserved/ confirmed once the file is paid for in full.
Apadana Booking Hotel is a Canadian website that deals with many international vendors. All prices within this website are in US dollars unless otherwise stated and are most commonly displayed as priced in “USD”. There are circumstances where you may be able to change the currency for purchasing “Hotel Only” packages. Apadana Booking Hotel does not have any control over the foreign transaction fees charged by credit card companies.
Price changes: Prices displayed on Apadana Booking Hotel’s website may change during the same session. This may be the result of an unavoidable delay between the third party service provider and hotel prices. If you disconnect from our site, and return later, prices could change at your next visit to the site.
Apadana Booking Hotel, in its capacity as a travel agency, makes arrangements with suppliers who provide hotel services. The services arranged by Apadana Booking Hotel are subject to the conditions imposed by these individual suppliers, and their liability may be limited by their own tariffs, conditions of carriage, and international conventions.
Apadana Booking Hotel does not own, manage, operate or control any hotels, and is not responsible for their acts or omissions. Apadana Booking Hotel does not guarantee any suppliers’ rates, reservations, connections, scheduling, or protection of personal belongings.
Apadana Booking Hotel assumes no responsibility for the actions of its suppliers, i.e. hotelsetc. for overbooking, route changes, cancellation or delays. All information, prices and availability are subject to change.
Apadana Booking Hotel will not be responsible for the acts or omissions of any person other than our agency and our employees acting on our behalf.
Apadana Booking Hotel shall not be liable for any damages due to illness, theft, labour action, acts of God, mechanical failure, equipment failure, quarantine, rescheduling, government action, war, insurgency or act of terrorism, or other event beyond our control.
Minimum age: You confirm you are of legal age and have the authority to book travel services on behalf of yourself and on behalf of all those included in your booking. Many cruise lines have a minimum age of 21 in a cabin without an accompanying adult of at least 25 years of age (ages and terms may vary). Most hotels also have a minimum age requirement. Check with the cruise line or hotel for their policy prior to booking.
Fraudulent activity: You agree not to make any speculative or fraudulent reservation on this site.
If we find your booking shows signs of fraud or suspicious activity, Apadana Booking Hotel may cancel any bookings associated with your name and/or email address. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, Apadana Booking Hotel will take legal action and you may be liable for any losses to Apadana Booking Hotel, including legal costs and damages. To contest the cancellation of a booking please contact Apadana Booking Hotel’s Customer Service team.
Correct spelling on documents: It is your responsibility to ensure that the spelling of all names is correct and corresponds to the names listed on the passport of each person on the booking. These exact spellings will appear on your ticket(s) and if they are incorrect, you may be refused travel by the airline, cruise line, or immigration authorities.
Correct documentation: Please contact the Consulate, Embassy, or government website of your travel destination and airline to ensure you have the correct travel documents required to travel to every country you will visit on your itinerary including the United States. Depending on the country of origin of your passport, you may be restricted from travel to some destinations, or you may require a visa that must be arranged well ahead of time. Please be aware that many countries now require that a passport be valid for 6 MONTHS after the date of return of your trip. Please check the government website of the country you are travelling to.
Although Apadana Booking Hotel has given certain advice about the relevant laws, customs and travel documentation required for your travel destination and your return to Canada, it is your responsibility to be aware of and prepared for all legal, documentation, health, and other requirements of the destination you are travelling to. Special needs travellers: At Apadana Booking Hotel we value the needs of all our clients and want to ensure your vacation is accessible for you and those travelling with you. If anyone on your booking requires accommodation for accessibility needs, please call Apadana Booking Hotel at the time of booking or immediately after booking at +(98919)-366-2006, or via e-mail to customercare[at]apadanabooking[dot]com, so that we may assist you with notifying the relevant suppliers and making the necessary arrangements.
Review tickets and invoice: Please thoroughly review your invoice, tickets, and itinerary to make sure all dates, times, products are exactly what you requested and that your names are all exactly as on your passports. By your payment to Apadana Booking Hotel for travel services you acknowledge you have reviewed and accepted our terms and conditions. If you have booked a cruise, please be sure to fill out any required personal information by the cruise line in advance of your trip, according to the requirements of that cruise line.
Hotel Check in/Check-out times: Every hotel has standard check in and check out times. We are not able to make special arrangements for our customers outside this policy. Generally the check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of the return flight, regardless of the flight time. Note that some flights may leave as late as a few hours after midnight. The check-out time for these flights is still 12 noon the previous day. Late check-outs are subject to supplementary charges paid to the individual hotel locally.
Hotel Terms and Conditions:
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, you must contact Apadana Booking Hotel immediately. All cancellations are subject to charges according to the airline, supplier, insurance company, and cruise line cancellation policies, which will be determined by the amount of time before departure that you cancel. Please note that in the event of a partial or full refund, taxes, fees and charges are NOT refunded by the supplier.
Changes to a booking: Any changes to a booking may be subject to an administration fee. Change of name, date, hotel, airline, cruise line, stateroom, etc. are considered cancellations and will result in cancellation penalties which vary by company. Failure to travel as booked for any reason will be subject to 100% cancellation penalty for all suppliers on the booking. Some airline tickets cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason.
Local customs and holidays in your destination: Please be aware that every country has its own local customs, holidays, holiday closures, etc. Please check the tourist board website for your destination to be aware of any customs or holidays that may affect your vacation.
Customer claims: You must notify Apadana Booking Hotel, via e-mail at customerservice[at]apadanabooking[dot]com or by mail to the address indicated below, of any claim you may have against Apadana Booking Hotel, within 30 days from the event giving rise to the claim. Should you not file a written complaint with Apadana Booking Hotel within 30 days of the end of your vacation or use of the travel services obtained through this website, it will be deemed that you are satisfied with the services delivered to you. You may not commence any legal proceeding against Apadana Booking Hotel unless you have submitted a notice as set out above.
